For over a decade, Montgomery County has hosted an annual "Heritage Days" weekend (June 29th & 30th) to celebrate Montgomery County's rich history from the Stone Age through colonialism into the new millennium. This will be the third year the B-CC IWLA chapter has participated in the Heritage Days celebration and will expand our offerings here on the Conservation Farm

We need volunteers for this public event to help with the following tasks & more:
  • Parking
  • Food Preparation & Serving
  • Cleanup
  • Small Pond exhibit
  • Log Cabin exhibit
  • Big Pond exhibit
  • Wagon shuttle to Big Pond
  • Chapterhouse exhibits
  • Welcome station
  • First Aid area
The Montgomery County Heritage Days celebration runs from 12 noon until 4pm on Saturday & Sunday. A full one-day shift will count 6 hours for anyone who helps. We will really need volunteers starting at 11am and need help cleaning up until 5pm. Please contact me for more details and answers to your questions
