Chapter Ponds

Fishing in the chapter ponds is open to chapter members & their escorted guests.

The Small Pond pictured here is one-half acre and is located between the Chapter House and the Log Cabin.

The Big Pond is 3.5 acres and is located in the northwest corner of the property. The Big Pond was totally reconstructed in the summer of 1998. This pond has been stocked with Bass and Bluegill. Fishing in these Ponds has been restricted, by the Board of Governors, to catch and release only. This maintains a good supply of fish for our members to catch, and maintains the genetic balance of "large" fish like bass.

OUR CATCH AND RELEASE policy assures that we always have fish for BCC-IWLA members and their families.
