Mission statement: “Wildlife Counts,” a program of the Bethesda-Chevy Chase (BCC) chapter of the Izaak Walton League of America (IWLA), is a Citizen Scientist project to inventory and monitor the wildlife of the chapter property and its environs. BCC-IWLA members will submit their observations to the “Wildlife Counts” website, and these records will be confirmed, recorded and archived in the program database.
